Friday was dubbed "free day", where we could go out and do whatever we wanted so Kyle and I decided that we wanted to go out to Coronado and rent bikes. Jason joined us. We had such a great time. We got a little lost at first but it all worked out and we ended up having fun.
Emma fell asleep while we were riding. It was so sweet but I felt really bad cause everytime I would look over at her, her head would just be bobbing around.
Friday evening we went to the Padres game. They were playing the Colorado Rockies. Corbin loved watching the game, getting food to eat with Daddy, and hanging out with his cousin Sam. I thought that Emma would just go to sleep while we are at the game cause she had been so good at just falling asleep during the week no matter what we were doing but she was way too excited about everything that was going on around her.
*A side story that I want to remember, during the bottom of the 2nd inning a fight broke out a few rows above us. We aren't completely sure what it was all about but security guards were called up and eventually a couple cops came up. After a while we turn around and one of the guys was getting cuffed. Well, dear sweet curious Corbin asked his Dad what was happening and what were they doing to that guy. Kyle tried to explain it in a way that Corbin could understand and simply told him that the guy was being really naughty so they had to take him away. Well, now Corbin is deathly afraid that if we catch him being naughty that we will call the cops on him and he will be taken away. It is pretty funny, but kind of sad all at the same time. Even if I just mention the word naughty he immediately will stop what he is doing and tell me he is being good and not to worry. We have since had many conversations about cops and that they are good guys not bad.
Saturday morning we woke up and started our drive back home. We stopped in Las Vegas again. Sunday we drove the rest of the way home. We had such a great time in San Diego with all of our family! Thanks Mom and Dad for providing a place to stay!
