Summer Bucket List-Tie Dye Shirts

Another thing on our list was to tie dye shirts.  I had never done it before so we did a lot of youTube video watching and researching before we started.  I was pretty excited about how they turned out!

Summer Bucket List- Museum of Natural Curiosity

At the beginning of summer we sat down as a family and made a summer bucket list for us.  With us being in year round school we only have 6 weeks of summer before Corbin heads back to school so we wanted to make sure that we got a lot of it done before he goes back at the end of July.  One of the first to do was go to the new museum at Thanksgiving Point.  We had been once before but not since it has opened.  This place is AWESOME!  My kids could probably spend all day at this place, there is that much to do.  We met up with Kyle after work one evening and spent a couple of hours there and then went to dinner.

End of Baseball Season

This year's baseball season went longer than expected because this year they decided to do a tournament.  It was so fun to watch the boys with a little bit of competition and rules that they actually had to follow.  Our boys did awesome and made it to semi finals.  We had a little pizza party at our coaches house where he handed out their trophy's and their pictures.

Reservior

To start out our summer we went and spent the morning at our local reservoir.  We love this place and are so excited to spend many days here throughout the summer!

Meeting Elsa

A girl in my neighborhood has started doing birthday parties for little girls dressed up as the princess Elsa.  She needed to practice her face painting skills so she invited all the little girls in our neighborhood over to meet Elsa and paint their faces.  Emma was totally star struck when we walked down into the backyard.  Even though she knew who Elsa was it was still so cool to meet Elsa and she talked about it all day.

New Hair Cut

For a few months Corbin has been begging to get his hair cut in a mohawk like Kyle Van Noy, his favorite BYU football player. After he got his pictures taken I finally agreed to let him do it.  It still throws me off when I see him but he loves it!  I told him he could keep it for a couple weeks and then we will shave it all off for a nice summer buzz.
