Cute Girl

After bath time Emma was being so cute so I just had to snap a couple pictures of her. Of course 1 picture is never enough and of course when the camera came out the smile became scarce but she's adorable none the less.


She sure loves that fist of hers.

Gymnastics

I was vacuuming out my couches the other day, (Spring Cleaning is in full fledged force at our house) and Corbin took advantage of having all the cushions off the couch to use them as his own personal gymnastics mat and practice his somersaults.

Emma & our friend Josh at 3 months. (Remember they were born 4 days apart.) Josh is catching up in the chunky department but I think Emma will always have him in the length.

Adventure Man

I had finished off a paper towel roll and was getting ready to throw it away when Corbin asked if he could have it. He played with it for awhile pretending to be a pirate and than I thought that it could be fun to make binoculars for him. He has loved them ever since. He watches the birds outside with them. He pretends to see animals. He also likes to have Kyle or I look through them and than he acts out different animals. His animals consist of a horse, lion, cow, and the newest animal, a skunk. He'll be on all fours and turn his rear to us and pretend to spray us. I laughed so hard the first time he did it.

Home Library

Corbin loves going to the library but unfortunately we haven't been able to go for awhile since having Emma so Corbin has made his own library in his house. He picks out the books he wants takes them over to Kyle's old laptop and checks them out and than would take them over to Emma and show her what books he got and than stack them up.





And because my blog has really become like a journal for me I have to post this so I remember it. Last week we had a pretty good rainstorm that had thunder with it. I was trying to explain to Corbin that sometimes when it rains it makes big noises called thunder and that it's nothing to be afraid of. There was a really loud thunder noise and Corbin came up to me and says, "MOM! The storm farted!" I could not stop laughing. It was so funny.

Emma's Blessing

On Sunday, March 6th, we blessed Emma. Kyle did such a great job and I feel so blessed to have a husband that is able to do that.
The dress that we picked for Emma to wear for her special day is the same dress that both my Mom and I were blessed in.
