Apron Craft

I was wearing my apron that my Grandma had made me yesterday as I was making spaghetti sauce and cooking dinner and Corbin had asked me if we could make him an apron so today we went out to the fabric store and I let him pick out his favorite fabric and we made him and Emma their very own aprons.  It was a fun little afternoon project and I love how they turned out.  They wore them around the house for the rest of the night

Beus Park

As we begin our new adventure with selling our house and moving, I have started thinking about some things that I have absolutely loved about Ogden.  One of which is the park up the street from us called Beus Park.  I love being able to bring the kids up to it and walking around the duck pond there where the ducks come up right next to you and you can almost pet them.  There is also a playground and a little creek that we love to go to and walk in.

*Notice Corbin's forehead? We call it the kiss from the concrete.  He tripped and totally face planted it and it looks just like a big old kiss.

Brigham City Temple

The Brigham City Temple is finished.  The open house is going on now but unfortunately we haven't gotten tickets yet and I don't know if we are going to be able to go to the open house so I thought it would be fun to stop by the temple and walk around it on our way to John & Brooke's house.  It was so fun to walk around with our kids and talk to them about what the temple is and take pictures.  Corbin even took a picture of Kyle and I which I actually love.  Hopefully we will be able to take them to the open house.

Sidewalk Painting

My friend Jenny invited us over to her house for some fun sidewalk painting.  The kids had so much fun and it actually turned out really cute.

Bear Lake-Week 2

Once again we had a fabulous week up at the Bear Lake cabin. It was a week filled with knee boarding, tubing, swimming and playing with all the cousins. I was finally able to conquer water skiing this time and was able to get up. My sister in law took the pictures of it on her camera but as soon as I get them I will be posting them.

Movie Night

Kyle and I decided that we thought it would be fun to do a movie night in our backyard. We attempted this in July but got rained out and did it in the church gym. We tried again and were successful and it was so much fun. We just bought a king size sheet and hung it from our roof and invited a bunch of friends over. We watched the Lorax, which come to find out the majoritiy of us have never seen before. We will defiently do this again before it gets too cold.
