On Tuesday night after t-ball we decided to take the kids on a quick bike ride around the neighborhood. They both have been doing so well
riding their bikes. Corbin got going down the hill and got going a little fast and forgot to hit the brakes and crashed. He of course started crying and picked himself up off the road. We checked him over and talked to him and he seemed to be ok. It was sensitive to the touch but he got back on and road his bike most of the way home. We decided to wait it out and see how he was in the morning. Morning came and he told me that it hurt but he could still move his arm. As the day went on he seemed to be favoring his arm a lot more and by evening we noticed that he was not moving it at all and that there was a little bit of swelling so we decided it was time to take him in and get it checked out. Turns out he had a broken collarbone. TOTAL FAIL! Worst parents ever! He was so brave and didn't cry at all while at the doctors. So they gave him an arm sling and told us that he needs to wear it for 10 days and then he's good to go.

Poor Corbin! He seems like a tough boy. I'm so worried about something like that happening with Jack on his bike...
