My 3-0 Birthday!

I turned the big 3-0 a few weeks ago.  Kyle pulled everything off so well!  We had family over on Sunday evening the night before.  He also gave me my birthday present that night since we knew we wouldn't have a chance to be all together as a family on my birthday since Corbin had a baseball game that night.  He surprised me with an iWatch.  I had mentioned a few times that I was interested in one and he remembered!  On my birthday he wrote me a sweet message on our bathroom mirror and set up a babysitter for our kids so I could come and meet him for lunch at the Cheesecake Factory.  That evening we grabbed a quick bite to eat at Cafe Rio and headed over to Corbin's baseball game.  After Corbin's game we headed home and put the kids to bed.  Once they were in bed Kyle really wanted to go on an evening walk around the neighborhood.  I was a little annoyed that he wanted to go cause I was tired and ready to relax but he insisted.  As we walked up to the top of our street we turned the corner and there were a bunch of friends standing outside screaming Happy Birthday to me.  I was so surprised!  Kyle had put together this whole thing and we went in and had some dessert and chatted the evening away.  A perfect ending to a really great day!
I am so ready for my thirties.  I really enjoyed my twenties and I feel like I accomplished a lot and I have learned so much about myself but I'm ready to put those years behind me and really enjoy what my thirties have to offer!
