Carving Pumpkins

A few days before Halloween we carved our pumpkins.  Corbin was super excited and jumped right into taking the guts out of his pumpkin.  He pretty much did the whole thing by himself including carving it.  I was quite impressed with him.  Emma was super excited about it up until we cut her pumpkin open and then she remembered what she had to do and then she wasn't so keen on it.  There were a few tears shed and then we finally convinced her to stick her hand and she did it a couple of times and then she was done.  Bode enjoyed trying to eat the pumpkin and pretending to grab the guts out.  Once we got the kids pumpkins carved and put to bed Kyle started on his.  He really loves to carve pumpkins.  It took him 2 hours to carve but his BYU pumpkin was quite impressive.
