Conversations with Corbin

"Corbin, where is the remote?"  "I made it sapear!" (Disappear)

All of us were sitting on the couch and I was having a hard time getting motivated to get up and clean up the house.  I had mentioned, "Guys we really should get up and clean up the house."  I continue to sit for lack of motivation and Corbin proceeds to get up and start cleaning up.  After a minute or so he looks at me with a disgusted face and says, "Mom!  Why are you just sitting there?  You are setting a bad example.  Do you want to go to time out?  Get up and clean!"

"Wow he's big!  I mean he is F.A.T."  (spelling the word out) "Corbin we don't say that about people.  It is not nice."  "Yeah, but he can't hear me.  He's in the TV."

"Dad, did you make Mommy fat?"

"Corbin we have got to go!  The agent is going to be any minute to show the house."  "Is he bringing the spies with him too?"

"Mom, I did something really nice last night and I think I earned a sticker for it!"  "What did you do?"  "I let Uncle Josh use my bathroom."

When driving back to Ogden to get the rest of our stuff for the move I would look in my mirror and see Corbin in the truck with Kyle laughing and smiling.  I asked him him if he had fun riding with Daddy in the truck and he told me, "Yeah.  We were having a burping contest.  It was awesome!"

After catching a glance of my belly, Corbin comes with huge eyes, "Wo Mom!  You're getting big!"

"Mom this door says lock.  Did you know that?"

Talking to his Aunt Meg on the ski lift, "You & Beckett should come over and play.  Are you available on Monday?  What about Tuesday?"

"Mom I think I need to take a nap today so I can stay up late and watch the football game."

"After you are done doing Emma's hair will you do mine like Wolverine?"

"Sorry Mom.  I got for."  (Forgot)
