I am more than halfway done with this pregnancy! This pregnancy has been quite the rollercoaster ride for me. Back in July I had a miscarriage and decided that I was more than fine waiting to get pregnant until after we had moved but the Lord obviously had his own plans for me. I couldn't believe it when the pregnancy tests came back positive 2 months after my miscarriage. With the move and all the stress that I was under I didn't feel like I was emotionally invested into this pregnancy like I had with the others. It concerned me a lot but people reassured me that it was ok. My midwife told me that more than 80% of the pregnant women she deals with have felt the same way I was and that for her 7th pregnancy it took her until she was 37 weeks pregnant. Take it, it was her 7th baby, but still there was hope for me. Now that most of the stress is off my plate with the move and everything I have found myself enjoying the little moments, like when baby moves. I especially love when Corbin will ask to fill it move and he gets to feel it. We were able to finally have our big ultrasound yesterday and seeing the baby got me really excited! I know that this baby is a blessing and that we will love it!

1st Project
My nesting has kicked into high gear but with a new house there isn't much need for really deep cleaning and organizing that I have normally done
during my other pregnancies so I've started doing projects around my house. We haven't quite hung things on the wall which has been fine but now I'mr ready to have my home look like it is lived in, and not one that has just been moved into. This is our new picture wall. I still have to paint the word family but I can't decide what color to do it. Any thoughts?

Painting
I love watching my kids do art projects. My favorite is painting. Watching their imaginations go and seeing what comes out on paper is so fun! I finally pulled out the painting supplies since the move the other day and Emma actually used a paint brush this time and she did really well. I was so impressed! Corbin told me that he was going to draw me a beautiful flower.
Captured by Corbin
This little stinker of ours
loves to climb up on top of the counters and sit there. Corbin thinks it is so funny when Emma does something naughty so he decided he wanted to take a picture of her.
BYU vs San Diego
On Saturday we attended the BYU vs San Diego
game thanks to Corbin's tickets he got from being part of the Cosmo Cougar Club. Before the game we went to Brick Oven Pizza. After dinner we headed to the game. Corbin was super excited to watch the game and was always watching out for Cosmo. Emma on the other hand, once we got to our seats she could not stop crying about Cosmo. Our seats were at the very top and Cosmo was clear down at the bottom. We finally conviced her that Cosmo wasn't coming anywhere near her she seemed to enjoy the game a little bit. During half time we ran into my Aunt Joanne and she was so kind and offered the open seats there were behind her so we were able to go and sit with her for the second half of the game. Once the game was over Corbin wanted to go over to the victory bell to see Cosmo ring it so I took Emma to the car seeing as being anywhere near Cosmo would not go well for Emma. Corbin was able to ring the victory bell and get his picture taken with Cosmo.

Weekend at Grandma & Grandpa's
While we were at ski vacation the kiddies went and stayed with Grandma and Grandpa Parrish. A huge storm hit Thursday night and my parents ended up getting 20" of snow that night. It snowed most of Friday too and they ended up getting close to 32" total. The kids had a ton of fun helping shovel their driveway and playing out back sledding, making snow angels, and being thrown into the snow by Grandpa.
Ski Vacation 2013
We had our Annual Liljenquist Ski vacation last weekend. We had a huge the storm the night we drove up to Park City that gave us some awesome snow for the weekend. It was beyond cold, like highs of 11 degrees but we had a great time.
