I'm so glad that Mother Nature has finally maybe got it figured out that it is time for Spring. Corbin has just been loving being able to go out in the backyard and just play. He'll go outside and play by himself for 30-45 minutes. It's a great time for me to get some cleaning done.
He also has really enjoyed the t-ball set that was given to him for his Birthday last year. He comes and tells me about his games all the time. He's got a pretty good form as far as hitting goes. At least I think so.

Easter Weekend
We had a wonderful Easter weekend! We spent Saturday with the Liljenquist's where instead of decorating eggs we decorated egg shaped sugar cookies. A lot more fun and a lot more yummy than eggs.
He was really excited for the cookies but just did not want his picture taken.
We also did an egg hunt for the kids.
Emma enjoying her egg that she got from the hunt.
Sunday morning we woke up and Corbin was pretty excited to see that what was in his basket this year. After all of the basket excitment we sat down as a family and talked about why we celebrate Easter. Corbin was very interested in the whole story and that night as he was going to bed he kept telling us he wants to be Resurrected just like Jesus.
That evening we went with the Parrish family. My mom gave a lesson to the kids about Easter and gave each kid a book about Easter. We also had a little egg hunt for the kids and than we had our annual Egg Roll. Unfortuantely my pictures didn't turn out but Corbin had a blast.
We got each kid a sand bucket to take with us on our family vacation to San Diego in July.
We are so glad that Grandpa Liljenquist was able to join us!
Great Grandma Sharp found these cowboy boots at the DI and she knows how much Corbin LOVES being a cowboy.

Baby Animal Days
Yesterday I took the kids up to Baby Animal Days up in Logan. Unfortuantely Kyle wasn't able to come but we had a good time none the less petting the baby chicks, ducks, bunnies & cows.
(I know it looks like she is eating/kissing the bunny but she's not.)
Riding the ponies.
Riding the train.
Playing in the barn with Grandpa.
And just being silly!

Music Class/Egg Hunt
Music class was started by a sweet girl in our ward and we have just loved going to it every Friday. It gives the kids a chance to sing songs and than play and the Mommies a chance to have some adult conversation.
Because of it being Easter time and spring time, today we sang about Bunnies
"In the leafy treetops the birds sing Good Morning."
We sang about Flowers in the gardens
We also did a little Easter egg hunt for the kids.

Emma's 4 Months Old
Emma turned 4 Months old the other day and today I took her to the Drs. She is now 16 lbs 10 oz and is 27 inches long. She's in the upper 95th percentile in both height and weight. The doctor told me that she is the size of an average 7-8 month old baby. I was in shock! She is a very healthy and happy baby girl!
